Mercutio can be a hot head when it comes to thinking things through, hee doesn't care that he, Romeo, and Benvolio
are going to a Capulets party, even if they can get killed. He is related to the Prince. He also has a crude thinking
of woman, he thinks the only thing they are good for is to sleep with.
"If love be rough with you, be rough with love; prick love for pricking, and you beat love down. -- give me a case to put
my visage in: come , we burn daylight, ho."
He is telling Romeo about what he thinks of love and he says woman should just be slept with.
